bahatiwins respects your privacy. This policy explains what limited data we collect when you visit bahatiwins.com, why, and how to exercise your rights under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

1. Who we are

bahatiwins is operated from Nairobi, Kenya. The data controller for this site can be reached at privacy@bahatiwins.com.

2. Data we collect

• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page URL) retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics on which pages are popular (no cross-site tracking).
• Any information you voluntarily send us by email.

We do NOT collect: your name, M-Pesa number, ID number, deposit history, or any account credentials. We never see your activity at the casinos we link to.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (language preference, session continuity). We also set an affiliate-attribution cookie when you click a 'Claim Bonus' link, so the operator knows the referral came from bahatiwins. You can clear these cookies any time in your browser settings.

4. Third-party affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link, you leave bahatiwins.com and arrive at the casino operator's site. From that point onwards, that operator's privacy policy applies, not ours. Operators typically track sign-ups via a referral code in the URL.

5. Where data is stored

Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network, with primary data residency in the EU. Logs are accessed only by authorised bahatiwins staff.

• Right to correction or erasure.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) at odpc.go.ke.

7. Children

bahatiwins is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
